Editorial Policy
Everything readable on this site is written by us, under the rules on this page. On a medicine catalogue the rules are stricter than on any other site we could run, and they are short enough to print in full.
The label speaks for the medicine
What Ecotrin is for, how it is taken and who should not take it are questions the Drug Facts label and a health care professional answer. Our pages quote the register of the label, name the strength and the count, and never extend an indication, promise an outcome or compare effectiveness. Where our writing touches what aspirin does, it stays within the public guidance we cite and links to it.
Sources are read before they are cited
Safety and regimen statements lean on published guidance from public bodies: the drug regulator and the heart association named on our routine page. We open and read a source before citing it, and the reading date is printed beside each one.
Figures
Strengths, counts and pack structures come from our product data. Ratings and review counts are pooled once per product family. The per-tablet figure is recomputed from the pack price at every build rather than typed in once.
Corrections
A wrong figure gets fixed on the page. A claim we cannot stand behind gets removed rather than softened. If you catch either, contact@ecotrim-us.com reaches the people who can change it.
What we refuse to publish
- Any sentence that reads as medical advice, including in a quoted review.
- Invented specifics: a founding year, a named factory, a certificate we cannot show.
- A review quote that promises a health outcome.
- A figure we have not checked against the catalogue.
